Dakota Robin: Rainbow Inclusion in Volunteering

In this training webinar, the charismatic Dakota Robin will share his experiences and ways to incorporate rainbow inclusion in your volunteer work. Dakota is a human rights trainer, expert in diversity and equality, keynote speaker, and LGBTQ+ consultant.

The training will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be sent to participants after the training. You can register for the training even if the time does not suit you and listen to the training recording at a time that is convenient for you.

Training content:

• Basic information on gender and sexual orientation diversity
• Norms, their impact, and identification in volunteer work
• Rainbow-sensitive language and interactions
• Recognizing the privileges created by societal structures
