Making the voices of LGBTQIA+ people heard in the workplace
The event is organised by three Finnish trade union confederations, and the focus is on how to amplify the voices of LGBTQIA+ people in the workplace. The discussion will feature Kaaren Erhola, member of Kela’s rainbow network; Venla Suutari, education expert at Seta; Tiina-Emilia Kaunisto, workplace specialist at the Diverse Families network; and Juho Salmi, work life advocator and shop steward at Bolt.Works. The discussion will be moderated by Elin Blomqvist-Valtonen, head of public affairs at the Service Union United PAM. The event will begin with a breakfast (also vegan options available). We adhere to the principles for a safer space.
