Otherwise, an accessible entrance can be found at the car deck (Haapaniemenkatu 7-9C), but the ramps do not have handrails. Staff will be happy to assist with entry.

Can all areas of the event be accessed without barriers?

The elevator doors open into a vestibule, which is narrow. The event guides will open the vestibule doors upon arrival. When leaving, the event guides will open the vestibule doors and call the elevator. A comprehensive accessibility description is available on our website.

Is there a functional induction loop system and necessary signage in the event space?

No.

Is there an accessible toilet in the event space compliant with accessibility requirements?

No.

Other notes on accessibility:

The facilities include an accessible restroom, where access to the toilet seat is only possible from the right side, which has 80 cm of free space. A comprehensive accessibility description and illustrated arrival instructions can be found on our website.
