Photo sessions Helsinki Pride x Sapfograf @ Suomenlinna
Celebrate Pride by photographing yourself either alone or with your loved ones! This mini photo session is a unique opportunity to save wonderful summer memories, the love of your life, a new family member or just yourself, as you are right now. The session follows the principles of a safer space and, despite the short time, I aim to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere from start to finish!
Sonja is a queer photographer, whose special areas of expertise include boudoir, love-, family photography. You are able to get to know them via this event’s site.
The program organiser will contact the participants in case the reserved times have to be postponed due to bad weather conditions.

How to arrive at the location?
Disembarking from the ferry involves a flat, sand-covered pathway with a gentle incline up to the waterfront trail.
The terrain features:
Suomenlinna can be a challenging place to navigate. The fortress roads are covered with stone, gravel, or sand. Uneven cobblestone sections cannot be completely avoided. There is no asphalt or separate pedestrian pathways, as Suomenlinna is being developed as a car-free residential area. However, due to maintenance and deliveries, there is occasional heavy vehicle traffic on the routes. The terrain of Suomenlinna has elevation changes, and some routes are hilly. There are also sections with difficult lateral slopes. Weather conditions affect the smoothness and slipperiness of the pathways, but maintaining the Blue Route and the more accessible route is a priority.
