Rainbow prayer meeting in the end of Helsinki Pride Week
Prayer meeting with Hymns of Zion in discrimination free zone and safer space in co-operation with the ev.-luth. parishes in Helsinki region. The meeting consists of Hymns of Zion sang unaccompanied and short speeches in between the hymns. Speakers e.g. Matleena Ikola, Matti Peiponen. There are max. 4 speeches, and the meetings lasts appr. 1 hour. After the meeting coffee and tea. There is a collection for the youth work of Herättäjä-Yhdistys (Nuori Yty), that is discrimination free zone. You may also donate at coffee for the Helsingin Seuratupayhdistys, that runs the hall.

There is an elevator to the hall that fits a standard wheelchair or rollator. On Sundays, the elevator operates only with an e-pass and is located in hallways B and C. However, the door at entrance D has a door opener that can call someone to operate the elevator if needed.

Is it possible to move accessibly through all areas of the event?
A large electric wheelchair does not fit in the old elevators, and the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, an assistant is required.
