Other considerations about accessibility:

  • Stoa is located in Helsinki’s Itäkeskus, along the metro line, right next to the shopping center Itiksen. Itäkeskus has excellent public transport connections. You can get to Itäkeskus by taking the metro to both Vuosaari and Mellunmäki. The metro journey from the center of Helsinki to Itäkeskus takes about 15 minutes. From the directions of Mellunmäki and Vuosaari, you can get to Itäkeskus by taking the metro to Tapiola or Matinkylä. When you get off the metro at Itäkeskus, walk across Tallinnaukio and before the entrance to the shopping center Itis, turn left onto the pedestrian bridge that crosses Turunlinnantie. Itäkeskus and Stoa can also be easily reached by several buses within Helsinki and regional transport. The terrain is flat, the area is paved. Level differences are equipped with ramps.
  • The indoor and outdoor spaces have barrier-free access and smooth walkways. There are grounded sockets in the auditorium.
There are clear signs in the premises.
The loft gallery and the second floor of the gallery can be reached by elevator from the lobby. Ask the ushers to open the door to the second floor of the gallery.
