What is Small Business partnership
Helsinki Pride is the largest human rights event in Finland. Helsinki Pride brings people together, promotes human rights, and celebrates all colors of the rainbow. Helsinki Pride Week is produced mainly by fundraising. Our main goal is to enable safe and successful experiences for all our community members and event attendees. We also want to keep most of our events free of charge.
To cover the Helsinki Pride event production costs and to make Finland's largest human rights and cultural event more accessible and impressive, we are now looking for Small Business partners. The size classification of the EU and Statistics Finland is used to classify companies. Join us to make Helsinki Pride 2025 even more impressive!

What is included in the partnerships
As a Small Business partner your company has the right to:
- Produce event(s) for the official program of Helsinki Pride week (we ask for more information about the program in a separate form, which we will send to you when your partner application has been approved). Your event(s) can be organized throughout the entire Pride Month, not just during Helsinki Pride week!
- Use the Helsinki Pride Small Business Partner 2025 logo in marketing and communications
- Get your organization’s logo on pride.fi as a Small Business partner of Helsinki Pride
- Get your own sales stand for an extra fee (1 000€) for the Helsinki Pride Park Festival on 28.6.2025

Price categories
Small Business partnership prices are divided into seven levels based on the companies balance sheet or annual turnover. If Helsinki Pride applies for or becomes liable to VAT, the applicable VAT will be added to the prices.
Please contact us separately (info@pride.fi) if your organisation's main activity focuses on rainbow themes and the levels are not suitable for you - we want to enable your participation in the partnership regardless of budget.
Level 1: Turnover from last year max. 300 thousand euros:
Partnership: 300 euros
Level 3: Turnover from last year max. 600 thousand euros:
Partnership: 600 euros
Level 4: Turnover from last year max. 1 million euros:
Partnership: 1000 euros
Level 5: Turnover from last year max. 1.3 million euros:
Partnership: 1300 euros
Level 6: Turnover from last year max. 1.6 million euros:
Partnership: 1600 euros
Level 7: Turnover from last year max. 2 million euros:
Partnership: 2000 euros

All of our partners have the opportunity to apply to be a program organizer for Pride House. You can apply to be a program organizer for Pride House using a separate form as soon as your partner application has been approved. The application period for program organizers ends on April 30th, and we will not accept any applications for Pride House after this date. Please keep this in mind when applying as a partner.
