Tervetuloa mukaan HeSetan nimenmuutostyöpajaan 28.4. klo 11.00! (see in English below)
Ensimmäinen esitys nimenmuutoksesta käsiteltiin syyskokouksessa 2017, jossa HeSetan hallitus ehdotti yhdistyksen uudeksi nimeksi Helsinki Pride Yhteisö. Vaikka nimiehdotus hylättiin niukin ääni, koki syyskokous muutoksen tarpeelliseksi. Käsittely päätettiin siirtää seuraavaan vuoteen, jotta prosessissa ehditään kuulemaan laajemmin jäsenistöä ja kumppaneita sekä kokoamaan mahdollisia nimiehdotuksia.
Selkeästi erottuva nimi tekee työmme näkyvämmäksi niin asiakkaille, kumppaneille ja jäsenille kuin muille toimintaamme tukeville tahoille. Työpaja on avoin kaikille HeSetan työstä kiinnostuneille, myös heille, jotka eivät vielä ole jäseniämme. Lue lisää.
Työpajan tavoitteena on lisätä keskustelua ja saada uusia nimiehdotuksia, joista jäsenemme voivat äänestää Helsinki Pride -viikolla. Eniten ääniä saanut ehdotus on mukana syyskokouksessa 2018, kun nimenmuutosta käsitellään seuraavan kerran.
Nimenmuutostyöpaja pidetään ennen kevätkokousta 28.4. klo 11-13 HeSetan toimitiloissa Kaapelilla, Tallberginkatu 1 C, 4. krs. Mikäli et pääse mukaan, voit jättää oman nimiehdotuksesi perusteluineen alla olevan lomakkeen kautta.

We warmly welcome you to HeSeta’s Name Changing Workshop on Saturday 28th of April at 11am!
During last September’s meeting, HeSeta’s administration and board presented the potential new organizational name: the Helsinki Pride Community. Though this suggestion was turned down by a small majority vote, here remains a strong and identified need for a name change. For this reason the name change was postponed to the following year, in order to develop new name proposals from members and partners.
A distinctive name makes our work more visible to our clients, partners, members and to all who support us. The workshop is open to everyone interested in HeSeta’s work, including non-members. Interested? Click to read more.
The goal of the workshop is to discuss and brainstorm new name ideas, between which our members will vote their favorite during Helsinki Pride week. These votes will be processed by the September 2018 meeting, when the name change is discussed.
The workshop will be held shortly before our spring meeting, on the 28th of April, from 11-13. Location: HeSeta’s office, Kaapelitehdas, Tallberginkatu 1 C, 4th floor.
