16:40-17.30 Personal Stories
During this session, speakers will share their personal experiences of moving to Finland and their experiences with Pride. You can also participate in this session! (More details on the registration form.)

17:30-18.10 Work With Pride Workshop
Here’s your chance to share ideas in small groups on different topics. We want to gather these ideas to share with companies in Finland to help create more inclusive workplaces for international rainbow talents and allies. Topics include:

Equal Treatment in Recruitment: Are LGBTQIA+ individuals treated equally in job applications in Finland? How can organizations do better?

Work Life in Finland: What can companies do to tackle micro-aggressions and stereotypes from team members? How can they improve internal training programs to be more inclusive?

Collaborative Topic: The third one will be decided during the event out of the suggested topics.
For those who prefer not to actively participate in networking or discussions, we’ll have a network-free zone with books & magazines available, providing a comfortable space to wait for the workshops to conclude.
