Pride Up Your School! – Perspectives Into LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Education
Welcome to join this workshop by the students’ mental health organization Nyyti and Helsinki Pride Community, to explore how we can build safer and more inclusive study experiences for LGBTQIA+ students! The session features findings from QueerMieli’s survey on minority stress among students, and best practices from the Sense of Belonging project. After these introductions, participants will engage in small-group discussions to share ideas and solutions for more queer-safe learning environments. This event is in Finnish. Staff will provide summaries in English and Swedish upon request.
