Why Partner with Helsinki Pride?
Support year-yound human rights work
With the support of our partners, we enable Finland's most prominent cultural and human rights event, which is visible on the streets and in the media. Together, we bring rainbow-specific issues to the forefront in a way that would not otherwise be possible.
Our business partners are also significant support for our year-round human rights work, particularly with sexual and gender minorities who are in vulnerable situations, such as young people and those who have fled their home countries due to persecution and violence.

Show where you stand
Partnering with the Helsinki Pride community is a strong and visible statement that your company supports LGBTQIA+ rights and is committed to promoting equality and fairness in its operations and society. Partnership offers an excellent opportunity to take concrete actions that accelerate your company's social responsibility efforts and have a positive impact not only on your organization but also on the surrounding community.
Grow ambition and expertise
As our partner, you become part of Finland's largest and most colorful business network. Our Main and Working with Pride partners are part of the Working with Pride network.
The Working with Pride network promotes equality and justice in the workplace through LGBTQIA+-specific training days, workshops, and networking events. During these training days, our experts share up-to-date knowledge on workplace equality issues and support the development of diverse and inclusive organizations.

How to become a partner?
Partnership negotiations
During partnership negotiations, we learn your organization's activities and goals and how a Helsinki Pride partnership can help achieve these objectives.
We discuss why your organization wants to become a Helsinki Pride partner, what actions have already taken place, and what actions you are inclined to take to promote the rights and well-being of sexual and gender minorities. During these discussions, we find a partnership model and impact approach that suits you.

What we require from our partners
We require that all our partners are committed to promoting equality, fairness, and the rights of LGBTQIA+ people.
We review the history of each partner organization and how human rights and responsibility have been taken into account in the past.
We also emphasize our partner organizations' goals, wishes, and plans regarding the rights, well-being, and inclusion of sexual and gender minorities as part of the partnership and beyond in the coming years. A partnership does not require perfection but a genuine desire to develop.
