Pride House Opening Party

Helsinki Pride Week kicks off with a spectacular Opening Party at Hobo Helsinki on June 22nd at 17:30! Get ready for memorable speeches, stunning musical performances, and a dazzling Drag Opera show.

The evening will be hosted by the impressive cultural figure and violinist Tapio Viinikangas. The night will also feature a magnificent performance by emailo, Twiggy Mallet and Hanna Hasu’s unique Drag Opera show ’Viva to the diva’—and perhaps we’ll even hear the sounds of Tapio’s violin during the evening… The night will culminate in the fantastic 3rd-anniversary celebrations of the traditional Queeroke.

Welcome drinks will be served to the earliest guests as the evening gets started. Delicious catering will be provided by Hobo Helsinki, featuring a gluten-free and vegan pizza buffet. Hobo’s bar will be open and serving throughout the night. The atmosphere will be kept high all evening long by the wonderful Viktor Koolla!

Hobo Helsinki is the Pride House again this year. The event is free of charge and open to all ages. The Pride House facilities are accessible.
